We attended the MOE conference entitled “Classical values in a new guise in today's private law”.
In the Digitalization, Artificial Intelligence section, in the framework of the presentation “Harmony of emerging technologies and classical private law principles (?)”, the head of the legal team of the Green Technology Readiness Research Group, Dr. Márta Görög, examined how modern, innovative technologies (such as carbon capture, utilization and storage technologies, CCU/S) fit into the traditional principles of private law. CCU/S is considered as emerging technologies and is a good example of how sustainability and green innovation goals are enhancing the rethinking of traditional regulatory and legal frameworks.
